YouTube Sync License

Terms and Conditions

1. This license grants the licensee the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the specified musical work as described in the license terms above.
2. The license is valid only for the specified territory and duration. Use beyond these parameters constitutes a breach of this agreement.
3. The licensee may not sublicense, resell, or transfer this license to any third party without prior written consent from Melicens and the rights holder.
4. For YouTube Sync and TikTok/Social licenses: use is restricted to the registered channel only. The video URL, once submitted, is permanently linked to this license.
5. The licensee must credit the original composer(s) and rights holder (VCPMC) in all published works using this track, where platform allows.
6. This license does not grant ownership of the copyright, master recording, or any other intellectual property rights.
7. Melicens retains 20% of the license fee as a platform service fee. The remaining 80% is remitted to VCPMC.
8. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the license without refund.
9. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and applicable international copyright law.
